Administrative Assistant

We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented Administrative Associate. If you're organized, resourceful, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! 

Main responsibilities include:
Taking phone calls, checking emails and directing customer inquiries to the appropriate department. Complete administrative tasks to include distributing office mail, purchasing office supplies, maintaining agency licenses and office equipment upkeep. Support and promote our agency brand through effective internal and external communications. Have the ability to adapt to the needs of the team and assist with other projects as requested.

Self-starter, detail-oriented, great communication skills, Proficient computer skills with data entry, time-managment skills, the ability to adapt, and the ability to organize and prioritize effeciently.

This is a full-time, Monday- Friday position in Alexandria, MN.
