Full Time Assistant Manager Trainee
As an Assistant Manager (Trainee) you can expect to be responsible for:
• Overseeing operation of the shift by working the line and serving customers
• Directing the placement and job duties of the employees on your shift
• Maintaining food quality, safety, and customer service
• Monitoring inventory, sales, and store cleanliness
• Presenting and ensuring an overall positive and friendly experience for customers
• Working as the Store Manager’s assistant in such a way as to promote a positive
work environment and encourage both employee and store development.
The prerequisite qualifications* for this position are as follows:
• Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in a Food Service or Customer Service related field
• Access to personal, private transportation to be used for required, reimbursed mileage
• A valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and proof of registration
• Clearing of a mandatory background check and references to be completed
upon acceptance of a job offer
• Open availability to work day, night, and weekend shifts. 40 Hours per week.
