Customer Service Representative
YVEA seeks a Customer Service Representative to provide friendly and helpful support to our customers in our Craig office.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, directing calls, answering billing questions, reconciling daily payment collections, and the ability to accurately process and correct customer accounts. Looking for a candidate that fosters a positive, team-focused environment and promotes courteous and prompt service. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to prioritize shifting responsibilities as well as strong problem solving skills.
A high school degree is required. Associate's degree in business, accounting, or related field is preferred. Must have at least 2 years of proven customer service skills and experience.
