Senior Accountant
The West Virginia Housing Development Fund (the "Fund") is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Accountant in our Charleston Office.
Essential Functions include, but are not limited to, Prepares HOME Program drawdowns, reconciliations, reports and reconciliations; Sets up, commits and closes out all HOME activities; Prepares Section 8 and PBCA monthly reconciliations, monthly disbursements, and related entries; Prepares monthly trustee reconciliations; Reviews and initiates draws for Multifamily construction loans; Prepares Production reports, Multifamily Risk Analysis, and Program Status report; Serves as primary backup for daily functions, such as deposit, write up and accounts payable; Prepares accounting schedules, financial statements, and reports as required.

Minimum Requirement: Associate's degree with a minimum of three years of accounting experience. Bachelor's degree with accounting emphasis and accounting experience in federal programs is preferred.
