Job Vacancy: Time, Leave, and Absence Management Analyst

Washington State University Modernization Initiative seeks a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Time, Leave, and Absence Management Analyst in Pullman, WA. The Time, Leave, and Absence Management Analyst for WSU's Modernization Initiative analyzes, monitors, and implements process improvement initiatives, which includes working collaboratively with a team of WSU Human Resources experts and consultants to implement Workday for WSU Human Resources, Payroll, and Finance.

Duties include project management, recommending process improvement, data identification and analysis for moving to a new enterprise system, and preparing personnel for new systems and updates. The incumbent must serve as an expert resource for department customers on policy, procedure, and best practices related to time, leave, and absence management. This full-time, benefit eligible position is located in Pullman, WA. This position is open until filled.
