Research Study Assistant
This position is a Civil Service, full time position in the Behavioral Health Innovations group at Washington State University, Spokane. This position is responsible for providing essential support for research projects within Behavioral Health Innovations and will assist with human subjects applications and management and developing study protocols. Additionally, this position will work with Research Coordinators to assist with data management/collection and day-to-day study oversight. Two (2) years of college level coursework in a relevant academic area, and one (1) year of appropriate experience OR equivalent education/experience are required for this position. Additional requirements include: demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and strong oral/written communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred qualifications include: experience working in a research environment, experience with mental health and/or addiction treatment, excellent proofreading skills, a strong attention to detail, and experience working with internet applications. Salary of $2,523 per month.
