Lead Associate - Willis Towers Watson US LLC (Stamford, CT): Lead Agile development team in all aspects of design, development & delivery of software & database solutions. Facilitate alignment & contributions of different functional disciplines on cross-functional team to ensure effective value delivery. Work closely with Product Manager to help align implementation efforts with product vision & roadmap to ensure stakeholder business needs are being met.

Requirements: Bachelor's (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information System, IT or related technology/engineering field + 3 years experience as Software Developer or related role.
