Basic Qualifications:
An electrical engineer on this team supports engineering design and work on major capital projects. This role includes meaningful hands-on field experience, as about 30% of the work is done at our local field assets. Early in your career, you will spend significant time working with and learning from senior members of the team to grow and develop your engineering skills.

Basic Qualifications:
- Required: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree within electrical engineering with a graduation date of December 2024
- This position is not eligible for sponsorship, OPT or CPT
- Must possess valid State Driver's License and clean driving record
- Performs basic engineering tasks and technical assignments
- Applies general knowledge of business acquired through education or experience
- Learns and demonstrates knowledge of safety requirements
- Prepares and delivers presentations to individuals and groups
- Develops an understanding of industry and operational requirements
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong performance and leadership through prior internship, work experience and campus involvement
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Ability to work in a team environment, learn fast and achieve results
- Self-starter with demonstrated aspiration, agility and competence and a passion for continuous improvement
- Ability to explain sophisticated, technical information in a simple, non-technical way
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills; comfortable interacting with employees of all levels, vendors and customers
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and creative-thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and engineering software
- Preferred: FE Certification
