As an IT Business Systems Analyst IV, you will act as a liaison between IT and the business to ensure an understanding of business requirements when crafting and implementing new IT systems and improving existing systems. You will interact with others and resolve issues with IT support teams. We appreciate your new perspective on solutions for our ever-evolving IT needs!

  • Acts as liaison between the IT development group and business units for the design and implementation of new systems and improvement of existing systems.
  • Serves as subject matter specialist and business partner between IT and business/end-user team(s)
  • Creates annual budget analysis and cost management for responsible application including projects, ongoing maintenance, support and licensing
  • Translates business requirements into technical specifications to formulate technical solutions that conform to operational standards
  • Conducts requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and provides recommendations based on collected information
  • Ensures the maintenance, development and enhancement of existing application systems meet the organizational business objectives and IT standards
  • Remediates application system issues through appropriate troubleshooting, incident, change and problem management standards using ServiceNow
  • Evaluates, develops and implements new application systems and develops technical requirements following standards for software development lifecycle
  • Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments and preliminary cost/benefit analyses to align IT solutions with business initiatives
  • Identifies continuous improvement opportunities for cost reduction, avoidance and improved application performance
  • Modernizes, upgrades and conducts application health checks as the need arises to ensure system stability
  • Collaborates with assigned resources to handle project-related activities for assigned applications
  • Prepares recurring application dashboard metrics and reports to show analysis on specific key data points and provides cost transparency for applications, as requested
  • Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
  • Required: High school diploma or GED and a minimum fifteen (15) years' IT experience, OR Associate's degree and a minimum ten (10) years' IT experience, OR Bachelor's degree in IT-related field and a minimum eight (8) years' IT experience
Other Requirements:
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Needs proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
Additional Responsibilities/Expectations:
  • Supports Credit Risk, Treasury and Risk Management business partners, their applications and serves as liaison to vendor support teams
  • Leads various sized projects, including budgeting, reporting, partner management, conducting impact analysis and facilitates change
  • Fosters IT integration standards through use of MS SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or other integration broker products
  • Participates in and supports high-priority projects related to Credit Risk, Treasury and Risk Management applications and interfaces
  • Works with strategic partners to facilitate support of applications
Other Requirements:
  • Demonstrates solid grasp of integration technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services or other integration broker products
  • General understanding of the project life cycle and willingness to further develop project management skills on small to medium size projects
  • Solid grasp of SQL Databases and queries
  • Preferred: Experience with ActiveBatch, SFTP tools, MS Project, SQL Management Studio
  • Preferred: Experience working with Credit Risk, Treasury Cash Ops, and Risk Management business units/systems
  • Preferred: Experience working with Paragon, GTreasury, or other commiserate applications
