The Development Officer's primary responsibility is to help Westminster College exceed fundraising goals through the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major donor gifts, focusing on high-level donors who have the capacity for multi-year
commitments to fund priorities to support the Colleges mission. With a portfolio of approximately 125
prospects, the Development Officer will design and
develop solicitation strategies, identify gift opportunities that match donor interests, personally solicit and
