Township Manager
Township Manager—West Vincent Township (population 5,000), Chester County, PA seeks a skilled and experienced individual to serve as its Manager, who has authority to direct and supervise all day-to-day operations of the government, and serves as the central point of contact among the 3-member Board of Supervisors, staff, and the community. The Manager administers an annual operating budget of $4.3 million with approximately 20 employees in Departments of Finance, Police, Zoning, Code Enforcement, and Public Works. Candidates should have at least 5 years of government experience involving financial management, budgeting, planning, and personnel management; Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred; candidates should have demonstrated leadership ability & excellent communication skills. Competitive candidates must also demonstrate a high level of successful performance in developing working relationships with community stakeholders, committees, and outside agencies towards meeting the collective goals of the Township. Salary $110-150,000; excellent benefits.
