Work with customers to understand their IT needs, capture their requirements; prepare technical project/ sales proposals and contracts; provide technical support in sales of technical services, installations, and configurations; interface between customer and technical support teams; maintain customer and sales activity; investigate new technologies with customers; and attend trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events. BS in CS, IT, relevant engineering, or related field and two years of prior direct technical experience working in systems administration, software development, and/or systems engineering using current technologies, and tools like Linux, VMware, DNS, DHCP, Apache, Samba, Python, HTTP, TCP/IP, FTP, Shell/Bash Scripting, and Web Sphere.
