IT: American Credit Acceptance, LLC seeks Database Developers to develop and maintain database schema to support business requirements, T-SQL programming, and ETL solutions and procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

  • Create and develop stored procedures to handle complex business rules, history data, audit analysis, functions, and triggers to provide solutions to business problems
  • Create technical database design documents for ETL and reporting requirements. Liaise with business units and data architects to gather requirements and convert the requirements into technical specifications
  • Create ETL packages to validate, extract, transform, and load data from the data warehouse and to securely migrate data
  • Responsible for data conversion project planning

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing enterprise database solutions. Experience must include a minimum of 1 year of experience with business intelligence, data warehousing, ETL strategies, SDLC, SDLC principles, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server Agent, reporting solutions, requirements gathering and analysis, and T-SQL programming; 1 year of experience with defining and maintaining database architecture, design and code reviews, and developing best practices; and 1 year of experience with database query performance, profiling, and tuning.
