Custodian
The University of Wisconsin-River Falls (UWRF), a member of the University of Wisconsin System, is located on the eastern edge of the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area in scenic west central Wisconsin. Year-round arts, cultural, and recreational activities and events are easily accessible from River Falls. The 6,100 undergraduate and graduate students at UWRF pursue degrees in four colleges: Education and Professional Studies; Arts and Sciences; Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences; and Business and Economics.

Job Duties: UW-River Falls has multiple Custodian positions available. Positions in Custodial Services have the primary responsibility of cleaning academic buildings. Residence Life positions are responsible for cleaning residence hall facilities.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Communicate effectively with supervisor, co-workers, contractors, and customers.
* Exercise good judgment at all times.
* Organize work tasks logically and efficiently.
* Recognize safety concerns and adhere to safety procedures.
* Recognize and communicate building problems and concerns.
* Use or learn to use various custodial equipment.
* Use or learn to use cleaning and miscellaneous chemicals.
* Read labels and follow instructions.
* Work independently or as part of a group.
* Perform manual labor including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds or more.
* Pass post-offer employment test.
