Research Assistant Professor at the University of Utah's Department of Family and Preventive Medicine in SLC:
Requires a Ph.D. in Public Health or health-related field: 36 months research experience in public health, cancer care, patient-reported outcomes, health-related quality of life and/or diabetes care; a minimum of four peer-reviewed publications in the field of Public Health; and a strong record of obtaining extramural research funding. The experience requirements can be satisfied through employment, training or an academic program. The Research Assistant Professor will teach classes on research, conduct extramurally funded research in the areas of public health, cancer care, patient-reported outcomes, health-related quality of life and/or diabetes care, assist with applications for grant funding, and public and present results in scientific journal and at scholarly meetings.
