Food Service Worker (Class #6071)
POSITION: Full-time, 9-month yearly position starting at $15.69/hour working in Dining Services starting August 16, 2021. Hours of work will be Monday-Friday with some weekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform food production tasks, cleaning, and provide customer service for UMC students, faculty, staff, visitors, and friends at retail and resident dining locations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: At least six months experience in a food service operation or with quantity food production. High school graduate or GED. Competently read, write, and understand English. Ability to lift up to fifty pounds occasionally. Must be able to stand up for 4 hours at a time. Possesses safe knife handling skills.
