Full-time, 9-month position starting at $16.96/hour working in Dining Services/Sodexo on August 16, 2021. Hours of work will be Monday-Friday with some weekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for providing a wide variety of high quality, large quantity food products to meet the needs of guests. This is a lead worker position that must be capable of operating a wide variety of equipment that produces both hot and cold food, organizing work group to meet production standards and time line.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to competently read, write, and understand English; and ability to lift up to fifty pounds occasionally. High School graduate or GED. At least 2 years of education or experience in quantity food production. Ability to accurately perform mathematic and recipe conversions calculations. Possesses safe knife handling skills.
