Programs for Seniors and People with Disabilities United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh Office United Way of Southwestern PA is looking for a dynamic individual to assist with managing the United for Seniors and People with Disabilities investment and initiative portfolios. Programs for Seniors and People with Disabilities include: 21 and Able, United for Caregivers, and Open Your Heart to a Senior. The successful candidate will also work with agency partners that United Way manages in Allegheny County. Our goals are to help people with disabilities live with greater independence and help seniors live healthy and safe at home with dignity. The Program Manager, Programs for Seniors and People with Disabilities, will assist the Director in helping United Way meet its goals by providing project management, communication, improved outcomes measurement/quality, and collaboration. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in public administration, non-profit management or related field required. Master's Degree preferred. This position is initially funded for 40 hours per week for a one-year duration with the goal of becoming a permanent position.
