Vice President/Director of Talent & Strategic Initiatives

The UND Alumni Association & Foundation is seeking a Vice President/Director of Talent & Strategic Initiatives to be an ambassador of culture leading in the areas of talent acquisition, learning and professional development, performance management, and team member relations. As a strategic project manager, this individual will work with the team to analyze and prioritize critical business challenges making sure objectives are met to achieve long-term business success.

As an integral part of the UND Alumni Association & Foundation team, we value excellent organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills, as well as a proven ability to develop relationships, embrace culture, and achieve objectives.
