Youth and Family Counselor
Youth and Family Counselor in residential facility, Tulsa Boys' Home. Master's Degree required in Counseling or Social Work. Licensed or under supervision for LPC, LMFT, or LCSW. Previous experience and strong understanding of trauma care, working with boys ages 13 to 18 who have experienced significant trauma, loss, and disruption of their lives, and who exhibit trauma related emotional, cognitive, and behavioral difficulties. Strong ability to work within a multidisciplinary team, as a leader and partner. Good organization, communication, problem-solving skills, flexibility, and commitment to clients' needs. Provide individual, group, and family therapy, crisis intervention, documentation, and related clinical and case management services.
