Safety Manager #2023

True Leaf Farms is seeking a Safety Manager to develop and implement safety policies, programs & procedures in compliance w/local, state, & federal government agencies. Will establish a sustainable safety culture.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Eng, Occupational Health & Safety or related + 7 years experience as Safety Manager, Field Engineer, Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager, or closely related. Will accept 2 years experience as Safety Manager, Field Engineer, Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager or a closely related safety role in lieu of a bachelor's PLUS 7 years experience as Safety Manager, Field Engineer, Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager or a closely related safety role. Must read, write and speak Spanish fluently. Must possess training or certification in the following: Strategic planning and executing training; Green belt diploma; Root Cause failure analysis; STOP behavioral based safety; National Fire protection Association certified Stage 1; National Fire protection Association certified Stage 2. Position located in San Juan Bautista, CA and requires individual to relocate with entire operations to Yuma, AZ for 5 months per year. Relocation is mandatory & occurs twice a year.

Salary Range: $140,130-$145,000. Position includes a $484 weekly per diem when employee is located in Yuma.
