Maintenance Assistant

Department: Building & Grounds

Hours: Full-Time

This full-time position is Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm. Some evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Description of Position: Responsible for the appearance, safety, and maintenance of main center and residential sites owned by TradeWinds. Plan & perform maintenance for all sites owned/operated by TradeWinds Services Inc.

Education Requirements:  Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of building trades, must have a valid driver’s license.

Experience Required: Experience in industrial and institutional maintenance repairs, experience with building trades, and ability to use power tools/maintenance equipment.

Position Reports to:   Facilities Operator & Director of Programs

Additional Requirements: Must be able to pass drug screening and criminal background check.
