Financial Assistant I, Purchasing (Part Time)
High school education with course work in Commercial Arithmetic or Bookkeeping and 4 years of responsible clerical bookkeeping experience, or an Associate's degree and 2 years experience, or a Bachelor's degree in lieu of experience. Ability to acquire skill to operate data processing equipment. Ability to type.
This position is in the purchasing division of the finance department and some of the job duties for this position include contacting vendors for pricing of materials and supplies and verifying costs and quotes. Also, data entry, file maintenance and invoice reconciliation.
Regular part-time, 20 hours per week. $24.00/hour.
