- Human Resources Analyst Regular/Full-Time $45,300 - $65,700 Annual
The Town of Breckenridge is seeking a skilled Human Resources Analyst to provide exceptional technical, analytical and administrative skills in support of recruitment, on-boarding, system implementation, budget analysis and reporting. The incumbent will oversee the recruitment process for all Town jobs; coordinate the on-boarding of employees with other departments; and complete employee data entry and maintenance in our HRIS systems.
Duties will also include producing a variety of biweekly, monthly and yearly reports concerning the Town's work force and the Human Resources operational budget. Additionally, this individual will compile survey information and assist HR Generalists with the analysis of the data; assist with training support and development; lead the Town's employee housing programs; assist with system upgrades and implementation; provide excellent customer service; and assist employees with general HR questions.
