High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years experience working with fleet and bus operations within a public or school
district environment; knowledge of fleet and bus operations, scheduling programs, logistics,
methods, etc. in a school environment. Any equivalent experience and training which provides
the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be taken under consideration.
Experience and training in scheduling and routing bus transportation using computer programs,
managing contracted transportation services, overseeing/scheduling an in-house fleet of
vehicles (Buses, vans, trucks, cars, etc.), and scheduling/ training bus para-professionals, etc.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as determined to be appropriate and acceptable.
Must have or obtain a valid Commercial Kansas drivers license and possess a good driving record
