High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 5 years experience working with fleet and bus operations within a public or school district environment; knowledge of fleet and bus operations, scheduling programs, logistics, methods, etc. in a school environment. Any equivalent experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be taken under consideration. • Experience and training in scheduling and routing bus transportation using computer programs, managing contracted transportation services, overseeing/scheduling an in-house fleet of vehicles (Buses, vans, trucks, cars, etc.), and scheduling/ training bus para-professionals, etc. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as determined to be appropriate and acceptable. • Must have or obtain a valid Commercial Kansas driver’s license and possess a good driving record
