Travel between both counties may be required. Current responsibilities include, but are not limited to, serving as general agency office manager, serving as computer and systems administrator for our database systems, maintaining all bookkeeping/accounting functions for agency, supervising and evaluating support staff, coordinating support staff coverage and work assignments, coordinating employee payroll and insurance benefits, maintaining employment and financial records, assisting Director with budget preparation and administration, providing administrative support and assistance to Supervisor and Director as needed, and performing other related duties as required and assigned. Successful applicant must be highly organized and efficient and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum qualifications include an Associate degree or vocational/technical diploma in business/office administration, accounting/finance or related fields. Two years of increasingly responsible experience in office functions, computer operations, financial management, records management, database management, or related fields; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities for this position. Must have experience using a personal computer and programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Must have valid MN driver's license and auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Must pass agency background check requirements prior to employment. Convictions, continuances or stays for crimes other than minor traffic offenses may disqualify the applicant from being hired.
Salary range is $22.68 - $34.23 per hour.
