CFO/General Operations Manager
In Ogunquit ME, mng all sectional mgs including, hskpg mgr, rest mgr, ft office mgr, HR mgr and Actng mgr and reports to the Pres. Ensuring that staff are trained in procedures and policies through an ongoing training pgm. Mtr staff perf through assessments. Oversee the bgt to ensure that costs do not exceed revenues. Schedule work hrs. Determine staffing nds. Monitor occ rates and room rates to maximize profit . Dvp, review, update and implement strategic planning, including sales, financial perf and new product devt. Review analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department progress toward stated goals. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related or equiv using a credential agency. 1 yr exp as COO or Operations Manager or related.
