Administrative Office Assistant. This position is primarily responsible for providing administrative support. Qualified applicants with previous Office/Administrative experience is a plus.

- Answer phones, direct calls and take messages
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing and database systems
- Communicate with customers, employees and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders and/or address complaints
- Open, sort and route incoming mail, answer correspondence and prepare outgoing mail
- Compute, record and proofread data and other information such as records or reports
- Type, format, proofread and edit correspondence and other documents, from notes or dictating machines, using computers
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
- Complete work schedules, manage calendars and schedule meetings and appointments

-Office admin experience preferred
-Knowledge regarding employee benefits including health, life, disability, dental and vision insurance is beneficial
-Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general keyboard proficiency
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to multi-task with excellent time management and problem solving skills
-Exceptional customer service skills

Education: High School
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay $30-54.50/hour DOE
