• Resident Supervisors

General Description: The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain safety, security and control of the facility and residents in accordance with Company policy and contracting agency requirements. This position has first level responsibility for maintaining resident accountability. 

• Counselors

General Description: To provide individual and group counseling for drug abuse for residents who are in need of drug treatment. Intake, assessment and case management services, ongoing assessment for program eligibility, monitoring all aspects of care and client services, and psycho-educational classes may be included at discretion of Program Director. 

• Case Managers

General Description: Provide intake, assessment and case management services to Kintock clients, which include ongoing assessment for program eligibility, monitoring all aspects of care and client services, ensuring needs of clients are met; individual counseling and psycho-educational classes may be included at discretion of the Program Director. 

• HR Recruiter

General Description: This full-time, non-exempt position, under the supervision of the HRM Director, is responsible for leading staffing efforts for the entire organization from start to finish. This process includes but is not limited to understanding departmental needs, sourcing candidates using various methods, and acting as a liaison between the candidate and hiring managers.

• Social Service Coordinator

• CADC

Maintenance Specialist I

This full time non-exempt position, under the supervision of the Site Administrator is responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the facility. Primary responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical, mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, and other general construction needs.

General Description: This full time non-exempt position will supervise a well-trained competent staff of resident supervisors, who will perform all duties related to safety, security, control of residents and the sanitation of the facility, in accordance with Company and contract requirements. 

Criminal background check clearance required; a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are also required
