Redevelopment Project Coordinator The Housing Authority of the City of Trenton, New Jersey, is looking for a highly organized and self-motivated candidate for the position of Redevelopment Project Coordinator. The Redevelopment Project Coordinator reports directly to the Redevelopment Director and will be responsible for assisting with planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring housing, neighborhood, and community revitalization projects, programs and services. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in real estate development, construction, urban planning, architecture, engineering, business administration, project management or a related field and a minimum of five (5) years experience working in urban redevelopment, city planning, construction, housing and economic development or with a large-scale real estate development company.
