BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Our Business Development Manager should communicate effectively, deliver exceptional service over the phone, via email or in person, and be driven to cultivate new relationships. A proven sales background is preferred as this person will be expected to oversee the creation of effective sales collateral, product catalogues, and other marketing materials, and to develop new business through prospecting, cold calls and positive business relations. A good attitude is a must as our team is driven to do things better everyday and we’re always learning and growing.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop new business through outside sales

- Strive to meet set sales goals

- Facilitate inside sales in the retail store and via our e-commerce platform as needed

- Collaborate with production team for product delivery

- Maintain open lines of communication with customer throughout the order and delivery process

- Willing to learn and refine new processes

- Interface with our e-commerce and ERP software

Base Salary plus Commission
