Service Management DevOps Engineer, Teradata Operations, Inc., San Diego, CA: Automating development and production environments, owning a service from front to back, and love the challenge of working in highly distributed and dynamic Hybrid Cloud environment.

Requirements: Bachelor or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field & 5 years of progress, post-baccalaureate experience in IT operations. OR Master’s or foreign equivalent in Computer science, Computer Engineer or a related field & 3 years of experience in IT Operations. Qualifying experience must include: IT Service Management tools including ServiceNow; Web 2.0 Tech (Java Scripting, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP or sim) or PowerShell; or SaaS apps; or Network operations (networks, protocols and email [SMTP, POP3]); Agile or ITIL method; ITSM concepts; Enterprise IT arch; Relational databases; App development lifecycle process, including requirement analysis, quality assurance, design, schedule, implementation, iss tracking, version control and deployment; Using development tools to troubleshoot and provide user support; and Documenting code and system process and procedures. Service-Now Admin Cert. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
