Sunrise Medical (US) LLC seeks one full-time Product Manager in Fresno, CA. The Product Manager, with works with the Director or Vice President of Product Management to create both the strategic and tactical objectives of a specific product segment(s). Evaluates products or services by conducting market research; defines product requirements, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction and marketing strategies. Some travel.
⦁ Prepares business plans with clear commercial objectives and strategies, including profitability, volumes (top-line growth) and therefore (new) product and lifecycle proposals.
⦁ Compares Sunrise Medical’s existing capabilities and relays the amount of necessary change to the Sunrise Medical senior management team.
⦁ Evaluate product’s features, benefits and application within the market in addition to corresponding competitive products.
⦁ Survey the Voice of Customer (VOC) to ensure products continue to be market acceptable.
⦁ Measure pricing, margin, and the influence of product/customer mix.
⦁ Comprehend the segments P&L statement and work with the commercial team to establish revenue projections in the form of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) or Forecast.
⦁ Collaborate with cross-functional resources to execute projects in a timely manner.
⦁ Identify critical path items, ensure accuracy and thoroughness of all required documentation, and escalate issues when needed.
⦁ Collaborate with Commercial team to implement product and commercial strategies, and ensure they have an understanding of the product and objectives to successfully implement a Go-To-Market strategy.
⦁ Assist in development of training material and sales tools that align with segments strategy.
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
⦁ 2 years’ experience in project management, sales/marketing, engineering or closely related occupation.
⦁ 2 years’ experience in the field of medical devices.
⦁ 1 year experience in presenting plans, training and demonstrations.
⦁ Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
