Spray Dry Operator
Requirements: Must be HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) trained and certified.
Experience Required: At least 2 years of experience working in the field of food production as a Spray Dry operator with experience operating Thermal Oxidizers in compliance with EPA and DEP air quality standards as well as maintaining and documenting GMP/cGMP, FDA, and USDA Food Safety practices. Must be able to perform shipping & receiving duties, maintain and clean food processing equipment, and supervise up to 4 subordinate employees performing non-technical labor such as moving supplies, shipping, and cleaning.
