Summit County Communications and Public Engagement Department is seeking Communication Specialists. These are part time contract positions scheduled to conclude on November 30, 2020. Responsible for proactive communications and content creation regarding COVID-19 pandemic response in Summit County, Utah. Disseminates accurate and timely information about health ordinances, case updates, and other information related to COVID-19 with a focus on community awareness, education and safety. Works under the direction of the Communications and Public Engagement Director.
- Graduation from an accredited College or University with a Bachelorâ€™s Degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or Advertising.
- At least two (2) years of experience in public relations, marketing, advertising, or graphic design or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salary: Contract Negotiable
