Summit County is recruiting an information specialist to join our Information Technology Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with advanced computer software and hardware knowledge, program evaluation, and technical writing skills. Duties will include evaluating, analyzing, installing, and supporting personal computer hardware and software systems along with "on-demand" consulting and maintenance services. May hire from one of the following levels depending on submitted qualifications and experience.
IT Specialist I Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from high school, plus 2 years of advanced training in personal computer technology and applications provided through college, trade school or professionally sponsored programs, and 1 year of experience performing the above and related duties.
Salary Range: $49,878.29 - $69,910.84/annually
IT Specialist II Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from high school, plus 2 years of advanced training in personal computer technology and applications provided through college, trade school or professionally sponsored programs, and 3 years of experience performing the above and related duties.
Salary Range: $52,870.98 - $74,105.19/annually
IT Specialist III Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from high school, plus 2 years of advanced training in personal computer technology and applications provided through college, trade school or professionally sponsored programs, and 4 years of experience performing the above and related duties.
Salary Range: $59,405.83 - $83,264.92/annually
