recruiting, training, & building a high-powered team that supports the customer; 4 yrs exp in mgmt role, w/direct supervision of employees; 3 yrs exp w/resource planning, contact center technology implementation, & quality monitoring; 3 yrs exp in SDLC & working w/technology teams; 3 yrs exp in each of the following: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, Visio) & collaborative tools (i.e. SharePoint, WebEx).
