Associate, IT Service Operations with Standard & Poor's Financial Services LLC in Centennial, CO. Serve as regional escalation point of contact for IT Incident Management related activities for S&P Global Ratings business unit. Position requires a Bachelor's degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field & 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include experience with: ITIL ITSM areas including Incident Management, Change Management, & Problem Management; delivering projects that meet business objectives within scope & schedule; tailoring presentations/communications to varied audiences (i.e. business vs. tech & working group vs. executive Management); & operating in a complex, fast-paced, matrix environment.
