The Spokesman-Review is searching for an individual to provide sales coordinator assistance to our advertising department. This position serves to provide sales support to sales executives and administrative assistance to the advertising department. The sales support role aids Sales Executives in coordination of the order-fulfillment process of primarily Local advertising customers preprint, display ads and digital ads. The Sales coordinator will support the advertising department by answering phones, developing and maintaining multiple reports, process account payables and expense reimbursements requests and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Ability to work under deadline pressures. Ability to function in a cross functional, self-directed environment. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and over the telephone. Ability to work independently from home or in an office setting.
The ideal candidate will have a passion and curiosity for all forms of marketing and advertising including Print, Digital, Events and more. This is a full-time position is $14.50/hour and works Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm.
