Sales & Administrative Assistant
The Spokesman-Review is looking for a full-time individual to provide sales and administrative assistance to our advertising department. This position exists to provide sales support to sales executives and administrative assistance to the advertising department. The sales support role primarily aids the Senior National Sales Executive in coordination of the order-fulfillment process of national/multi-market preprints and display ads. In the Administrative Assistant role the SAA will support the advertising department by answering phones, developing and maintaining multiple reports, process account payables and expense reimbursements requests and other duties as assigned. We work in a supportive team environment offering a starting salary of $13.00 per hour, a full suite of benefits including: Medical, Dental, Life, Disability, Paid Sick, Vacation, Holidays, a matching 401(k) and more!
