Advertising Data Systems Coordinator
This position serves to provide administrative assistance and technical support to the Advertising department by administering proprietary database functions and security, developing and maintaining multiple reports, resolving department systems support requests, and providing guidance and feedback for data initiatives. The role also serves to maintain system rate setup, system testing and training of new users. Prospective employee will demonstrate competency in fostering and maintaining a respectful and collaborative work environment with all entities that serve as employees or associates of the company. What you will do:

Process sales commissions for advertising sales staff.

Process Advertising invoices and expense reports.

Develop and maintain department reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Provide custom reports as requested by sales management and staff.

Setup and maintain rates in the Advertising data system as requested by sales management.

Setup advertiser accounts/contracts/new products/relationships (agency)

Research and solve rating issues in advertising billing and front-end systems.

Participate in Team support of system maintenance including on-call.

Maintain staff security/access in Advertising data system.

Provide PC support within the Advertising department in regard to software and hardware issues. Follow through with IT/Business Systems on issues that need more technical expertise.

Follow through on special projects as assigned by management.

Recommend additions, modifications and deletions to current customer administration processes, policies and procedures.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A.A.); or
Two to five years related experience and/or training; or
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Application Proficiency Level Required
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint: Intermediate
Microsoft Excel & Access: Advanced
Crystal Reports: Basic
Microsoft Outlook: Intermediate
