JOB DESCRIPTION: To plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program at the 7-12 secondary level in the area of science that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. Work is performed under the supervision of the Secondary Principal, Superintendent, and South Heart School Board. Duties include, but are not limited to, preparing lesson plans, assigning homework, grading tests, and documenting progress. Teachers must be able to instruct in a variety of science-related classes as assigned by the Principal and reach students with engaging lesson plans.
