Modernization Coordinator/ Project Manager
This is a responsible position in which the Modernization Coordinator works with the Director of Operations/Modernization in preparing, developing, coordinating and monitoring the Authority’s modernization programs. The primary purpose of the position is to ensure that all modernization activities are administered uniformly, efficiently and in accordance with applicable regulations, plans, specifications, Authority policy and approved budgets. Position is primary person responsible to ensure collection and maintenance of document(s), ensuring compliance with all required submissions to HUD and State with respect to Annual Plan, EPIC and other compliance related documents. Must complete Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official (MCPPO) training within one year.
