Oversee & supervise daily operations of staff in preparation food & serving guests; Direct & supervise staff in maximizing revenue & customer Service; Strategize & develop marketing and advertising campaigns; Determine the latest trends in rest.
Industry; develop strategies for brand development & menu items; Analyze & review financial statements, sales reports & staff service performance to measure productivity & identify areas for improvement; Enforce policies & procedures, health & safety regulations are followed; Prep staff work schedules & assign daily duties; Monitor inventory & supplies; Train staff on product prep, customer service techniques, daily equipment maintenance procedures, brand identity & standards; hiring & firing staff.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management/related or equivalent & 2 years experience as General Manager, Restaurant Manager/related.
