Snowbird Operations LLC, Snowbird, UT, fax 801-947-8244 has a temporary, seasonal need for 40 full time (minimum 35 hours/week) housekeepers from 11/16/20-04/27/21. Wage is $12.61/hour. OT will be paid at 18.92/hour/ No education or experience required, will train.
Duties: Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas so that health standards are met. Make beds, dust furniture, wipe mirrors, replenish room supplies, move furniture, hang drapes, roll carpet, sweep outside areas and may be required to wash dry, fold sheets, and towels carry linens, towels, toilet items and cleaning supplies, using wheeled carts. Wash windows, walls, ceilings and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary. Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies using vacuum cleaners and shampooers. Keep storage areas and carts well stocked, clean and tidy. Disinfect equipment and supplies, using germicides and steam operated sterilizers. Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas. Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors. Keep storage areas and carts well stocked, clean and tidy. Provide assistance to guests if asked. Employees will always work a minimum of 35 hours. The majority of the shifts are between 8 am-5 pm. Depending on the demand there may be a need to work additional hours and divide a shift. However, the majority of the time the employee with be working an 8 hour shift.
Rotating shifts are: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm 7:00 am to 3:00 pm 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
All employees must adhere to strict Covid-19 sanitizing guidelines, disinfecting parameters and all protective guidelines to maintain a safe environment for the patrons and employees. The employer will provide all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the assigned duties free of charge. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract period employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer.
