Snowbird Operations LLC, Snowbird, Utah, fax: 801-947-8244. has a temporary, seasonal need for 48 full time (minimum 35 hours/week) cook helpers from 11/15/20 - 04/27/21. Wage is $12.63/hour. OT will be paid at $18.95/hour. Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. No education or experience is required, will train.

Duties: Carry food supplies, equipment, and utensils to and from storage and work areas; store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage; portion and warp food, or place it directly on plates for service to patrons; place food trays over food warmers for immediate service, or store them in refrigerated storage cabinets; package and take out foods or serve food to customers; stock cupboards and refrigerators, and tend salad or buffet meals (if applicable); wash, peel, cut various foods such as fruits and vegetables to prepare for cooking or serving; distribute supplies to the required stations; maintain clean and properly disinfected work stations; distribute supplies, clean up, maintain clean work stations at all times. All employees must adhere to strict Covid-19 sanitizing guidelines, disinfecting parameters and all protective guidelines to maintain a safe environment for the patrons and employees.

Work shifts in restaurants can vary from: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm 7:00 am to 3:00 pm 8:00 am to 4:00 pm 10:00 am to 6:00 pm 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm 3:00 pm to 12:00 pm 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm but the majority of the workers are needed for the 8 am- 5 pm. The employer will provide all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the assigned duties free of charge. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract period employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer.
