Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Agent Support
Process portal orders with 100% accuracy
Upload confirmations
Maintain certificates of insurance records
Office administrative duties including, but not limited to:
- Incoming and outgoing mail
- Oversee brochure fulfillment
- Office recycling
- Ordering supplies
- Filing
- Processing FedEx labels
- Maintain common space area
- Fulfill label requests as needed
- Etc.
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to de-escalate an upset agent/guest
- Ability to think independently and constructively problem solve with suppliers and agents
- Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization
Positive attitude
Ability to manage tasks through completion
Strong ability to follow up and meet deadlines
Proficient organizational and computer skills
Exemplary attention to detail
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must be self-motivated
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
Heavy lifting up to 25lbs - Brochure boxes average this weight
May have to use personal vehicle to run errands
Rotating file boxes to and from basement
Salary DOE $35,360-$41,600.
