Comptroller-Non Profit Community action agency. Oversees & assists Finance Department staff with and, as needed, performs full range of functions, including AP/AR, GL accounting, budgeting, audit prep, grant/contract management, HR, payroll, cash receipts, reporting, insurance & general business tasks. Assists in admin of daily department functions. Works with Finance Director/staff, Department Managers & Executive Director on new grants & requirements, creating & monitoring budgets, GL coding, accurate & timely reporting.

Requires: BA/BS Accouting or Business Administration + 5 years' related experience (sufficient relevant education+ extensive experience may substitute for required degree); executive computer skills, especial with accouting, spreadsheet, & word processing software; and supervisory, personnel mgmt, or team leadership experience. Strong background in nonprofit grant accounting/management and HR experience/knowledge preferred. Full Time, salaried. Salary commensurate with experience & education.
