The Employment Specialist position is responsible for providing recruitment support to hiring managers across the University.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS), preparing employee appointment letters, testing applicants for necessary job-related skills, conducting and reviewing background checks, training managers on how to effectively use the ATS, assisting with the new hire orientation program, processing on-boarding paperwork, and assisting with immigration matters. The Employment Specialist also serves as the point of contact for securing temporary staffing needs.
- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of related experience.
